Large buildings — more than 8 units
Price on inspection — call 514-522-9630
For a building with more than 8 units, we never treat blindly. We start by inspecting the entire building, unit by unit.
After the inspection, you receive a report with photos showing the condition of each unit. We then recommend treating the most problematic apartments — whether the problem is bed bugs, cockroaches or mice.
If more than half of the apartments are problematic, we recommend treating the whole building: it is the most effective way to solve the problem at the source.
What's included
- Full inspection of every unit in the building
- Written report with photos, unit by unit
- Targeted recommendation: the most problematic apartments first
- Whole-building treatment if more than half of the units are affected
The exact price is confirmed after the inspection, before any work begins — no surprises, ever.
