Bed bugs
From $350
Bed bugs hide in mattresses, box springs, furniture and baseboards, and they spread quickly from one room — and one unit — to the next. The longer you wait, the longer the treatment takes: at the first signs (bites, small spots on the sheets, visible insects), it is best to have the place inspected.
Our treatment is an insecticide treatment, applied methodically where bed bugs hide: the bed base and mattress, the perimeter of the home and the edges of the walls, the curtains, and the electrical outlets. During the visit, we also treat the bedding with an aerosol insecticide made for that purpose. It is a thorough, targeted treatment of the risk areas — not a heat treatment, which we do not offer.
The treatment is backed by a 6-month warranty. Your preparation is needed for it to work: as soon as you book your treatment, our preparation form is automatically sent to you by email — please follow its instructions before we arrive. The price depends on the size of the unit and is confirmed before any work begins — no surprises.
What's included
- Inspection of the premises and confirmation of bed bug activity
- Preparation form automatically sent by email when you book
- Treatment of the unit by a certified technician
- 6-month warranty
- Follow-up if the problem persists during the warranty period
How to prepare before the visit
- Strip all bedding (sheets, covers, blankets), bag it in sealed bags, wash it in hot water and dry it on high heat.
- Empty the nightstands and dressers in the affected bedrooms; bag clothing in sealed bags and hot-wash what can be washed.
- Vacuum everywhere — mattress, box spring, baseboards and cracks — and throw the contents outside right away.
- Move furniture away from the walls and clear the area around the beds so the technician has good access.
- Remove pets and their belongings (food, litter) from the rooms being treated.
- Plan to leave the home for 4 hours after the treatment, children and pets included.
- Do not move infested furniture or items to other rooms or other units: that spreads bed bugs.
