Multi-unit buildings — 8 units or fewer
Price on inspection — call 514-522-9630
This category covers small residential buildings: duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes (4 units), fiveplexes (5), sixplexes (6) and eightplexes (8). In these buildings, a pest problem in one unit never stays isolated for long: cockroaches, bed bugs and mice travel between units.
We treat the affected units in a coordinated way, with follow-up with the owner or manager. For buildings with more than 8 units, see our "Large buildings" service instead: the method there is different, starting with a full inspection of the entire building before any treatment.
What's included
- Inspection of the units involved
- Coordinated treatments across the affected units (bed bugs, cockroaches, mice)
- Follow-up with the owner or building manager
- Regular programs available for buildings
The exact price is confirmed after the inspection, before any work begins — no surprises, ever.
